Discreet Packaging

To further protect your privacy, all orders from SafeSexCanada.com are shipped in plain packaging with no indication as to the nature or contents of the package. Daily Shipping

At SafeSexCanada.com, packages are shipped daily, Monday through Friday with the exception of public holidays. All orders are processed and shipped the next business day for products that are in stock. Orders for ‘out of stock products’ are usually shipped within 10 business days. An email confirmation notice containing a Canada Post Tracking Number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods

All packages to Canadian destinations are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel or Xpresspost service. They are usually delivered in 1-7 business days depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Delivery to remote destinations, including northern territories will require additional time.

Shipments to U.S. destinations are sent via U.S Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) and are usually delivered in 4-10 business days depending on your location. Tracking numbers are not included for shipments to the U.S.

Due to the fraud protection services we have implemented, orders paid for by credit cards can be shipped only to the billing address appearing on the credit card statements.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs may vary as it is based on the weight of the overall package. The charge for shipping most packages is approximately $7.99 Cdn. This cost includes packaging, handling and shipping charges. The exact cost will be calculated at the time you ‘Check Out’.

Note to International Shoppers     

Due to various licensing and registration requirements, we are currently unable to ship to international destinations except the United States. We recognize the need for this type of service and hope to be able to provide it in the near future. Please check back with us regularly.

For international orders, the product description “Health Care Products” will be printed on the customs tag. International customers are responsible for any taxes, tariffs or duties imposed by the destination country on incoming shipments from Canada. We recommend checking with your local postal authorities for details.
